We have a fantastic opportunity to join Xcellin and thrive as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in finding high calibre candidates for exciting medical sales and marketing roles

This is just the job for someone who loves the buzz of sales, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where there is a great opportunity to earn considerable bonus. We are looking for a target driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. 
 
You will earn commission on each candidate you place from day one, so this is definitely the right job for a self starter motivated by the chance to earn bonus.
 
Xcellin provides high calibre candidates to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Our clients include global organisations looking for the highest calibre candidates.

If you are a looking for a Recruitment Consultant role, and hungry to succeed as well as being motivated by the chance to earn commission on each candidate placed, you will enjoy working at Xcellin.
 
The role will include;
 
  • Sourcing and contacting candidates that match the client’s brief
  • Supporting candidates through the interview process
  • Working closely with client companies to build strong relationships
  • Generating business development leads
 Candidates will have:
 
  • A proven track record of success in recruitment
    • Healthcare recruitment experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Considerable PC skills, including word, excel, outlook and computerised candidate databases
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • The motivation to increase their earnings with the considerable bonuses available
 
Alternatively you could be a hungry and competitive self starter looking for your first role in recruitment.
 
Salary £18,000
Commission £300 per candidate placed
Flexible work hours will be considered
