You will earn commission on each candidate you place from day one, so this is definitely the right job for a self starter motivated by the chance to earn bonus.

The role will include;
- Sourcing and contacting candidates that match the client’s brief
- Supporting candidates through the interview process
- Working closely with client companies to build strong relationships
- Generating business development leads
Candidates will have:
- A proven track record of success in recruitment
- Healthcare recruitment experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Considerable PC skills, including word, excel, outlook and computerised candidate databases
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The motivation to increase their earnings with the considerable bonuses available
Alternatively you could be a hungry and competitive self starter looking for your first role in recruitment.
Salary £18,000
Commission £300 per candidate placed
