Our recruitment team offers a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and understand the markets and clients we service. To maintain the highest standard service each client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will take full responsibility for ensuring the highest calibre and “best fit” candidates are delivered.

We employ a rigorous selection process against our clients’ required profile. All candidates undergo both telephone and face to face interviews to establish strengths, weaknesses, skill levels experience and personality style.

Documents and evidence to support sales success are checked at interview and clients will receive a summary of the interview notes.

Candidates will receive a full description of the role they are applying for and their suitability for that role will be reviewed in depth. All candidates will be briefed prior to and supported throughout the interview process.
