Healthcare Development Manager

Salary up to c£45,000 + bonus up to £13,200 plus “super bonus” potential to £26,400 + excellent benefits package and company car

With more than 8,000 employees worldwide our client’s mission is to improve the lives of patients and create a rewarding and challenging place to work.We are looking for a Healthcare Development Manager/NHS Liaison Executive to join their Ostomy Business. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key stoma stakeholders across Primary and Secondary Care and gaining opportunities for sponsored Stoma Nurses to support and expand the business.

This key role will support the organisational focus on sponsorship moving forward.Working with senior level staff the HDM will improve access to the Ostomy range and home delivery services via care pathways and guidelines that support partnership working.

To be considered for this exciting role you will already have experience working with Senior NHS Customers including CCGs, Commissioners, Finance Directors, Department Managers, Medicines Management, Directors of Nursing, Surgical Directorate Leads, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Stoma Care Nurses, Matrons, Consultant Leads, Procurement and Strategic Purchasing Hubs.

Ideal candidates will;

• Have a track record of success in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales and ideally be in an HDM or NHS Liaison role currently. Or a Senior Medical Sales Representative that has gained experience working with CCG and Trust Senior Stakeholders.
• Be centrally located and willing to travel across the south and stay away as required for the role
• Be confident leading partnership projects with Senior NHS customers
