Salary £28755 (pro rata)

Are you an RGN with a real passion and experience in Respiratory diseases looking for a new challenge?

Our client is a well-respected charitable organisation supporting patients and funding research within the field of respiratory diseases

They are currently looking for a Nurse to work in their Liverpool office providing support to patients and carers on all aspects of respiratory treatment and care.

Key Responsibilities

·             To work as part of a team providing high quality information and support service in a professional, sensitive and courteous manner by actively listening to all callers and responding appropriately to their enquiries

·             Provide information, guidance and support on all aspects of adult and children’s lung conditions and lung health issues by telephone, email and in writing

Support other Helpline team members to enable them to answer routine enquiries about lung conditions and lung health issues – including

To be considered for this Nurse Advisor role you will need to meet the following criteria;

·             RGN Part 1 NMC Register with active PIN

·             Experienced in nursing patients with respiratory conditions

·             Excellent communication and listening skills

·             Ability to react positively to changing deadlines and priorities

·             Ability to deal with different situations and calls in quick succession

·             Good team worker

·             Happy to work to

·             Computer literate
